How to Submit a Support Ticket.

To submit a ticket:

  1. Log into your client login by clicking on the Client Login button in the upper right of Sovahost website.
  2. If you don't remember your login details, please use the Password Reminder link below on the login page.
  3. Click on Open Ticket link on the menu.
  4. To view existing tickets and their replies, click on Support and select Tickets.
You will also receive an email notification through the email you have on the account. You will always receive a reply. If you do not, please let us know.
