instead of requesting support to resent you your login details to one of your products, you can find this information yourself easily enough by logging into the Client Area with your login details.
- Once you have logged in, on the right menu click on My Products & Services.
- In the list, find the product you are interested in and click on the icon on the right (Paper with green arrow).
- Scroll down to find Login Details.
These login details work for your control panel as well as your shell account if you have one enabled.
